Team Data Export (GDPR)

FleetQ can produce a complete export of your team's data as a downloadable zip archive. This supports data-portability obligations and lets you take a full snapshot of everything your team has created.

Only team owners and admins can request and download a team export. See Teams & Roles for the role model.

Requesting an export

Go to /team/export and request an export. The request is queued and built in the background — the page reflects its status, and the download becomes available once the build completes.

What's included

The export is built to be complete: every team-scoped model in the platform is auto-discovered and included, so the archive covers your agents, experiments, skills, tools, credentials, crews, workflows, projects, and the rest of your team's records — not a hand-maintained subset that can drift out of date as new features ship.

Because discovery is automatic, new data types added to the platform are picked up by the export with no extra configuration.

Secure download

A team export contains your team's entire dataset, so it is not served through the normal file routes. Downloads go through a dedicated, gated endpoint that re-checks every condition before a single byte is streamed:

  1. The export belongs to your current team (checked explicitly, not via the global team scope).
  2. You are an owner or admin of that team.
  3. The export is completed.
  4. The export has not expired.

The zip is streamed directly from private storage — no public URL is ever issued. A missing export and an export belonging to another team return the same response, so the endpoint can't be used to probe export IDs.

Exports expire. After the expiry window the download endpoint returns 410 Gone — request a fresh export to download again.
